Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the VHcom platform ("Platform") by authorized VHcom staff ("you", "operators"). VHcom is an internal tool. It is not offered to the general public.
1. Eligibility
Access is granted only to current VHcom staff with a valid work email and an explicit invitation from a team administrator. Unauthorized access is prohibited.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Platform only for VHcom's internal e-commerce and social commerce operations. When connecting a third-party platform account (including TikTok, Meta, Google, Etsy, Amazon, or any other connected platform), you represent that you are authorized by VHcom and by the account owner to manage that account.
You agree to comply with the developer terms, platform policies, and community / advertising guidelines of each connected platform when publishing content, running ads, or managing listings through the Platform.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your VHcom sign-in credentials confidential. Report any suspected compromise to the platform administrator immediately.
4. AI-generated content
The Platform produces AI-drafted analyses, plans, listings, content, and ad creatives. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any output before it is published or acted upon on any third-party platform.
5. Data
Our handling of data, including data derived from third-party platforms, is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Termination
VHcom may suspend or terminate access at any time, including upon departure from the company or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access is revoked and any third-party tokens issued under your account are invalidated.
7. Disclaimer
The Platform is provided to internal staff "as is", without warranties of any kind. VHcom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
